How to interpret it
At +150, a 100-unit stake would return 150 units of profit plus the original stake if the wager wins. At -150, a 150-unit stake would return 100 units of profit plus the original stake if the wager wins.
The sign describes the price, not whether a wager is good or likely to win. Compare the price with a defensible probability estimate and the exact sportsbook rules.
